The refined Cava Kripta is the jewel of the Agustí Torelló Mata winery. This Spanish sparkling wine comes in a very attractive packaging: a glass amphora that highlights its unique qualities.
Produced with no addition of sugar, this Brut Nature Gran Reserva is made from a blend of 45% Macabeo, 35% Parellada and 20% Xarel·lo. Located in some of the best areas in Penedès, the grapevines are over 60 years old.
Separately fermented, the base wines were blended and bottled to complete secondary fermentation. After that, Kripta 2015 winery was aged for a minimum of 60 months in before its commercial release.
As with all of the winery’s sparkling wines, the disgorging date of this Cava Gran Reserva of the Agustí Torelló Mata winery is printed on the back label.
