We are happy to present Juvé y Camps Reserva de la Familia Rosé, a new quality Spanish sparkling wine of the Juvé y Camps winery produced to commemorate the centenary of the company.
Made solely from Pinot Noir vineyards 50 years old on average, this Cava Gran Reserva is the rosé version of the iconic Juvé y Camps Reserva de la Familia, one of the first-ever no-added sugar Cavas, which introduced a new paradigm in Cava production back in the year 1976, when it was first produced.
Traditionally vinified, Juvé y Camps Reserva de la Familia Rosé went through alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Then this Rosé Cava from Penedès completed secondary fermentation in the bottle and was aged for a minimum of 40 months.
Very versatile, Brut Nature Rosé Cava will make an excellently pairing with oysters, smoked foods and desert cakes such as Sachertorte.
