The new vintage of Juvé y Camps Milesimé Blanc de Noirs Rieral, formerly known as Juve y Camps Blanc de Noirs Brut Reserva, is crafted solely from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Rieral parcel, a certified organic vineyard situated in Espiells, in the very heart of Penedès.
This Cava of the Juvé y Camps winery was vinified with exquiste care.
First, the grapes of this Blanc de Noirs were carefully selected and brought to the cellar in little boxes. Then they were vinified avoiding contact between the must and the grape skins in order not to colour the wine. Following the traditional Champenoise method, secondary fermentation took place inside the bottle.
After that, Juvé y Camps Milesimé Blanc de Noirs Rieral 2019 was aged for 36 months in the cellar prior to its commercial release.
We suggest that you pair this organic Cava brut reserva with cured meats or a nice cheese platter.
