The new vintage of Juvé y Camps Essential Purpura Brut Reserva, a classic Cava of bodega Juvé y Camps, comes with a redesigned label.
Made form a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, this organic Cava is sourced from vineyards situated in Espiells, La Cuscona and Mediona, in the high Penedès area.
After separately fermenting the free-run juice of each variety in stainless steel tanks, this Spanish sparkling wine was blended and bottled.
Then, Juvé y Camps Essential Púrpura Brut Reserva 2018 went through secondary fermentation and was aged for 24 months minimum in the cellar.
Pair this Cava brut reserva with tapas and light dishes.
