This young Spanish rosé wine comes from Penedès. Jean Leon 3055 Rosé is produced by the Jean Leon winery.
A varietal Pinot Noir, the grapes are sourced from estate vineyards located at 500 metres of altitude.
After a meticulous harvest, this organic rosé wine was produced only from the «free-run» juice, which was macerated with the grape skins for 2 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, and lasted about 3 weeks.
After that, Jean Leon 3055 Rosé 2022 went straight to the botlle.
The result is a lively, cool, unoaked rosé wine from Penedès.
