Produced by one of the oldest wineries in Penedès, Jaume Giró i Giró Selecte Gran Reserva is an elegant, long-aged Spanish sparkling wine.
Produced from old vines, it is worth noting that the Jaume Giró i Giró winery is currently converting to organic farming.
This top-notch Cava is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Parellada and Macabeo, complemented with a touch of Chardonnay.
After a traditional vinification, Jaume Giró i Giró Selecte Gran Reserva 2012 was bottled and then aged for no less than 92 months in the cellar.
Nicely priced, this Cava Gran Reserva Brut Nature is mature, fresh and refined.
