The is the new vintage of Jaume Giró i Giró Montaner Gran Reserva. Like the previous one, this Gran Reserva Brut Nature Cava is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay.
Produced by the Jaume Giró i Giró winery, this Spanish sparkling wine was meticulously produced following the traditional Champenoise method.
The grapes were vinified and fermented at a low temperature. After that, the base wine was blended and bottled in order to complete secondary fermentation.
Finally, Jaume Giró i Montaner Gran Reserva 2016 was aged for a minimum of 36 months before hitting the market.
This is a truly versatile organic Cava.
