Produced by the Jané Ventura winery, Jané Ventura Finca Els Camps Macabeu is a single vineyard Spanish white wine made solely from Macabeo.
The vineyard was planted 50 years ago in Serra del Montmell, one of the freshest areas in DO Penedès.
Hand-picked and selected on arriving at the cellar, the certified organic grapes were destemmed and cold-soaked for 2 days prior to alcoholic fermentation.
After that, Jané Ventura Finca Els Camps Macabeu 2019 was fermented in French oak barrels and aged for a period of 5 months.
This is an elegant and versatile white wine from Penedès.
