The first Cava produced by Mas Sersal, a family winery based in Montsant, Guspira Brut Nature is made from a traditional blend of Xarel·lo (60%), Macabeo (20%) and Parellada (20%).
Sorted from organically farmed vineyards, the grapes were picked by hand, gently pressed, drawn-off and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, this Spanish sparkling wine was blended and bottled. Then Guspira Brut Nature 2020 completed secondary fermentation, after which it was aged for a minimum of 24 months.
No shipping liquor was added to this organic Brut Nature Cava after the disgorgement.
Only 2,500 bottles produced.
