Made in the Piedmont region, Grappa Berta Monterotondo is produced by Distillerie Berta, one of Italy’s top Grappa distilleries.
Made from Gavi (or Cortese) grape pomace, the white Grappa Berta Monterotondo was steam distilled following the discontinuous system in copper stills. Then it was aged for 3 to 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Clean and pure, it has an elegant nose and a dry, lively palate.
Excellent as an after dinner drink, Grappa Berta Monterotondo is also a great cocktail ingredient.
