Located in Asti, in the Piedmont region, Distillerie Berta, one of Italy’s most prestigious distilleries, is the producer of Grappa Berta Monpra.
This high-end Grapa Invecchiata (aged Grappa) is made from semi-fermented Barbera and Nebbiolo grape pomace, and crafted following the discontinuous distillation system is copper stills. Once the process was completed, it was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Amber-coloured, Grappa Berta Monpra, is clean and bright. The nose is refined and elegant, with aromas of toast and smoke, and subtle spicy notes.
