Produced by the prestigious Distillerie Berta, located in Asti, in the Piedmont region, Grappa Berta Il Fatto is an Italian White Grappa made from a red variety.
Produced from Brunello grape pomace, it was steam distilled following the discontinuous process in copper stills. After that, it was aged for 3 to 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Crystalline and well defined, Grappa Berta Il Fatto suggests delicate aromas of wild berries and rose petals.
Sip after dinner as a digestive, pair with fruit pastry recipes, or use as a cocktail ingredient.
