The excellent Corpinnat fizz Gran Torelló Brut Nature is produced from grapes coming from a single vineyard, Can Martí, which belongs to the Torelló family since 1395.

Made from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, this Spanish sparkling wine was crafted using only the free-run juice, which was vinified in stainless steel tanks.

After that, Gran Torelló Brut Nature 2015 was bottled and aged for a minimum of 72 months in the cellar.

Once that period was finished, this Corpinnat sparkling wine was manually disgorged.

Palate	Bold and pleasant, this Gran Reserva of the Torelló winery has a creamy body enlivened by tiny, caressing bubbles. Suggestions of English custard, sweet lemon, aromatic herbs, almonds and French patisserie. Very good acidity and long finish.
