Made by the Gramona winery, a founding member of the Corpinnat association of producers, Gramona Rosé Pinot Noir Brut is a varietal Pinot Noir sparkling wine.
Sorted from estate vineyards farmed following the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, the grapes were picked by hand, selected on site and gently pressed on arriving at the cellar. Then this Spanish sparkling wine was fermented under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Once blended and bottled, Gramona Rosé Pinot Noir Brut 2020 completed secondary fermentation, after which it was aged for 30 months. The total sugar content of this rosé sparkling wine is below 6 grams per litre.
Excellent as an aperitif, this brut rosé sparkling wine will also pair excellently with roast recipes.
