Produced by the Gramona winery, Gramona La Cuvee Brut is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and a droplet of Parellada. This Corpinnat sparkling wine thus follows the classical tradition of Penedès.
Made from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards, once in the cellar the grapes were gently pressed and the three varieties were separately fermented.
Then this Spanish sparkling wine was blended and bottled, after which Gramona La Cuvee Brut 2019 went through secondary fermentation and was aged for 40 months.
This is an elegant and versatile Corpinnat sparkling wine.
