This is the new vintage of Gramona Imperial, the entry-level Spanish sparkling wine of the Gramona winery, which consistently delivers quality and affordability.
Made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, complemented with a 15% Chardonnay, all of the grapes come from vineyards farmed following the guidelines of organic and biodynamic farming.
Selected on site and in the cellar, the grapes of this Corpinnat sparkling wine from Penedès were gently pressed and separately vinified according to the variety.
Then they were blended and bottled. Finally, Gramona Imperial 2017 was aged for 60 months and added shipping liquor after its disgorging.
This is a very versatile Corpinnat sparkling wine.
