This nicely packaged young Cava from Penedès (it comes in a transparent bottle with all the information written on the interior) is a great all-rounder.
Produced by Maria Casanovas, the Cava Glaç Brut Nature is made from a traditional blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, complemented with 40% Pinot Noir.
Traditionally vinified, Glaç Brut Nature was aged for a minimum of 18 months in the bottle before its commercial release.
This is a nice, highly drinkable organic Cava.
