The flagship Spanish sparkling wine of bodega AT Roca, Finca Els Gorchs Brut Nature Gran Reserva is produced from a single parcel, Finca Els Gorchs, planted with over 60-year-old Macabeo and Xarel·lo vines.
This premium Clàssic Penedès organic sparkling wine was vinified with the utmost care.
The grapes were hand-picked and selected, and then each variety was separately fermented in stainless steel tanks. A portion of this Brut Nature sparkling wine was subsequently aged for 8 months in barrels, and the rest remained for the same period in the tanks.
After that, the high-quality sparkler Finca Els Gorchs Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2013 was bottled and aged for a minimum of 90 months before the disgorgement.
