Produced by the Ritme Celler winery, Etern is made from a blend of 75% Carignan and 25% Grenache sourced from nearly century-old vineyards located in DOQ Priorat.
The oenologist Albert Jané crafted this Spanish red wine from vines which, in most cases, yield less than 1 kg of grapes per plant.
After a meticulous selection process, this terroir-orientated Priorat red wine was traditionally vinified and subsequently aged for 12 months in new, lightly toasted French oak barrels from Allier.
Bottled in March 2020, Etern 2017 was aged for some further months before being released onto the market.
Decant this Crianza red wine a minimum of 2 hours before drinking.
Pair with hearty meat dishes.
2,058 bottles produced.
