Produced by Finca de la Rica, El Nómada is an impeccable Crianza red wine from La Rioja.
It is made from a blend of 90% Tempranillo, coming from 60-year-old, mostly south-oriented vineyards, and a 10% of grapes sourced from old, over 70-year-old Graciano vineyards.
The 2019 vintage of this Spanish red wine was considered «Excellent» by the Rioja regulatory board, something which hadn’t happened since the 2011 vintage.
Once in the cellar, the meticulously selected grapes were vinified in 10,000-litre stainless steel tanks.
After that, El Nómada 2019 was transferred into French oak barrels. Then it completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for 15 months.
Aerate this Rioja red wine 30 minutes before drinking.

| Nose | While keeping a completely unpretentious character, this Tempranillo & Graciano has a lot to offer. Toasted and and forest-floor aromas, which slowly give way to a cascade of ripe black fruit, spices, some balsamic and mineral remembrances and remembrances of cocoa and leather. |
