Made from 30 to 60-year-old vineyards, Domus Pensi comes from Batea, a village located the southern Catalan region of Terra Alta.
Produced by the Altavins winery, this Spanish red wine is made from Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot.
The vines are grown in poor soils, in an area with very hot summers and cold winters.
Harvested manually, the grapes were macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 26 days.
After that, Domus Pensi 2018 was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Finally, was further aged for 24 months in the bottle.
Decant this Reserva red wine 30-40 minutes before drinking.

| Nose | This blend of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah is complex and quite deep. Ripe black fruit and amarena cherries, with some spices and menthol. There is a background of smoke, dry earth and underbrush. |
