In their search for the most representative Spanish terroirs, the Cusiné Family decided to create the Dominio Romano winery in the heart of Ribera del Duero. They are also the owners of Parés Baltà and Gratavinum, two companies located, respectively, in Penedès and Priorat.
In their quest for authenticity, Dominio Romano marks a significant step forward.
This organic Spanish red wine is a single varietal Tinto Fino made from over 30-year-old vineyards. The grapes come from some of the best plots in Ribera del Duero.
Meticulously harvested and traditionally vinified, Dominio Romano 2016 was aged for 12 months in 2nd year French and Hungarian oak barrels.
Decant this Crianza red wine some time before drinking.
