Produced by Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage is a phantastic high-end vintage rosé Champagne made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes sorted from some of the best «Cru» vineyards of the Champagne region. It is worth pointing out, by the way, that the Moët & Chandon winery owns no less than 1,000 hectares of vineyards in the area.
Meticulously harvested during the second half of September, Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2006 was traditionally vinified following the «Champenoise» method, after which it was aged for almost 12 years in the bottle.
As a result, this rosé Champagne is uniquely nuanced and complex. It is only produced in exceptional vintages.
