Produced by Maison Crucifix Père et Fils, a family winery from AOC Champagne, Crucifix Premier Cru Brut Rosé is an impeccable non-vintage Champagne rosé brut.
It is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes sourced from estate-owned Premier Cru vineyards located in Montagne de Reims, in the Avenay-Val d’Or commune.
Each variety was separately pressed and vinified in stainless steel tanks. Then this non-vintage rosé Champagne was bottled and added a small amount of Pinot Noir red wines from Avenay to give it more color and structure.
After that, Crucifix Premier Cru Brut Rosé went through secondary fermentation and was aged for 36 months before being disgorged.
Fresh and fruit-driven, this rosé Champagne is very versatile.
