Uniquely characteristic-one could even call it «radical»–Clos Lentiscus Perill Blanc is produced in the Garraf Mountains, a subzone of DO Penedès with a distinctively mineral terroir.

A varietal Xarel·lo, this Spanish white wine from bodega Can Ramon Viticultors del Montgròs is sourced from vines planted in 1938 in soils composed of limestone and «sauló» – the local name for granitic sand.

After a meticulous harvest, the grapes were fermented in 300-litre clay vessels. Next, this biodynamic white wine was aged in those same containers for 6 months with periodic stirrings of the lees.

Before being bottled, Clos Lentiscus Perill Blanc 2020 was gently filtered.

Untamed and refreshingly raw, it is advisable to decant this white wine from Massís del Garraf some time before drinking.

Our personal opinion	Refreshingly wild, Clos Lentiscus Perill Blanc 2020 is a mineral Xarel·lo that will charm adventurous drinkers.
Palate	Tense and focused, this biodynamic white wine from bodega Can Ramon Viticultors del Montgròs conveys a real sense of terroir. The wine, though, is still very young, and needs some time to fully come together. Green apples, citrus peel, camomile, Mediterranean garrigue and some earthy remembrances. Exceptional acidity, deep minerality, and long, complex finish.
