Made from Tempranillo and Grenache, Chivite Las Fincas Rosado is a single vineyard Spanish rosé wine produced by Bodegas Julián Chivite.
The grapes are sorted exclusively from the Finca Legardeta vineyard, which since the 2022 bears the label of the protected geographical indication VT 3 Riberas. The climate is Atlantic-Continental.
Hand-picked, the grapes were meticulously selected. Then this rosé wine from VT 3 Riberas was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Chivite Las Fincas Rosado 2022 was aged on lees for 6 months. It was gently filtered before bottling.
