Made mostly from Treixadura, with a droplet of Godello and Albariño, Casal de Armán is produced from terraced vineyards situated in the Avia Valley, DO Ribeiro.
Grown in granitic and slate soils, the grapes were carefully harvested, refrigerated for 12 hours, destemmed and gently crushed with a pneumatic press in order to enhance the extraction of aromas and colour.
Subsequently, this Spanish white wine from bodega Casal de Armán was fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 3 weeks.
Finally, Casal de Armán 2022 was aged for 9 months on its lees to round it and enhance its creaminess.
Decant this white wine from Ribeiro 10 minutes before drinking.
