Produced by Celler de Capçanes, famous for its Kosher wines, Cabrida is a small-production, multi-award-winning Spanish red wine from DO Montsant.
It is made from low-yielding, 60 to 110-year-old Grenache vines planted on granitic and clayey soils at altitudes between 500 and 600 metres.
Meticulously harvested and selected, the grapes completed both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in 500-litre French oak barrels.
After that, Cabrida 2020 was aged for 12 months in light and medium toasted 3,000-litre French oak vats.
Finally, this red wine from Montsant was transferred into stainless steel tanks to stabilize it for a period of 2 months.
It is important to decant this Crianza red wine at least 1 hour before drinking.
Only 3,500 bottles produced.

| Palate | Lush and intoxicatingly Mediterranean, this wine from Celler de Capçanes also has depth and mistery. Texture is intricate and detailed, with a superb acidity, lively tannins and a still unfurling complexity. Finish is very long, with lively red fruit and some mineral and balsamic notes. |
