Produced in DOQ Priorat, Brugueres Blanc is a seductive Spanish white wine made in a land famed for its bold red wines.
Crafted by Jordi Vidal, chief winemaker of bodega La Conreria d’Scala Dei, this varietal White Grenache wine is sourced from estate vineyards with the typical Priorat slate (llicorella) soils.
After the harvest, the grapes were cold macerated for 3-4 days prior to fermentation, which took place in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Brugueres Blanc 2022 was aged for 5 months on its lees. The wine was gently clarified before being bottled.
Pair this Priorat white wine with oily fish recipes, white meat and creamy cheeses.
