The new vintage of Bru de Verdú 14 is crafted from a blend of Syrah and Tempranillo.
Made in the northern Catalan region of Costers del Segre, the grapes of this Spanish red wine were meticulously harvested, destemmed and gently crushed.
After that, they were fermented at a controlled temperature with daily stirrings.
Then this Crianza red wine of Celler Cercavins was transferred into new and 2nd year French, American and Hungarian oak barrels, where it completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for 17 months.
Finally, Bru de Verdu 14 2018 was blended and rested for a further 30 days in stainless steel tanks.
Aerate this red wine from Costers del Segre 30 minutes before drinking.
