The Champagne Billecart Salmon Brut Rosé is one of the best known rosé champagnes in the world today. This champagne is crafted by the Billecart-Salmon winery, one of the best «Maisons» in the region, currently run by the seventh generation of the founding family.
This Champagne rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier -vinified as a blanc de noirs- coming from 35 different Crus. Exquisitely vinified, Billecart Salmon Brut Rosé completed secondary fermentation in the bottle and was aged for a minimum of 36 months before its release.
