Produced by Billecart-Salmon, Billecart Salmon Brut Réserve is a prime example of traditional Champagne.
Made from Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this Brut Reserve Champagne is sourced from vineyards situated in the Marne region. Traditionally vinified, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks and then they completed malolactic fermentation.
After that, the base wines of this non vintage Champagne were blended with a 50%-60% of reserve wines and bottled.
Once secondary fermentation was completed, Billecart Salmon Brut Réserve was aged for 30 months minimum.
Versatile and flawlessly crafted, this Champagne Brut NV is both an excellent aperitif and a great accompaniment for a full-course meal.
