A varietal Pinot Noir, Bertha S.XXI Rosé is an elegant Spanish sparkling wine made by Caves Bertha.
After a meticulous harvesting process, the grapes, sorted exclusively from estate vineyards, were slightly crushed and underwent a pre-fermentation cold maceration process for 12 hours to extract the delicate rosy colour of this rosé sparkling wine.
Then this Cava was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Bottled with sugar and yeasts to prompt secondary fermentation, after completing the process Bertha s. XXI Brut Rosé 2018 was aged for 30-40 months on its lees before hitting the market.
After the disgorging, this rosé cava gran reserva was added 8 grams per litre of liqueur de dosage.
Pair with rice dishes and oriental cuisine.
