Made from the traditional DO Cava blend, Bertha Cardús Gran Reserva Brut Nature is an impeccably crafted Spanish sparkling wine produced by the Caves Bertha winery.
This organic Cava is made from a blend of 40% Macabeo, 35% Xarel·lo and 25% Parellada.
Each variety was separately vinified. After completing alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and secondary fermentation in the bottle, Bertha Cardús Gran reserva Brut Nature 2018 was aged for 36 to 48 months before hitting the market.
Food-wise, this is a very versatile Cava Gran Reserva Brut Nature.
