An irresistible Spanish red wine marketed under the Tierra de Cádiz designation of origin, Barbazul Magnum comes from Spain’s southernmost province, one of the most charming, magical places in the country.
Like Taberner -the elder brother of this wine- this red wine from the Huerta de Albalá winery is made from a judicious blend of grape varieties: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a touch of the indigenous Tintilla de Rota.
Each of the varieties was separately vinified in stainless steel tanks. After that, Barbazul 2020 Magnum (1,5 litre-bottle) was aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Bear in mind that this has a longer ageing potential than the 0,75-litre bottle.
Aerate this red wine from Cádiz 30 minutes before drinking
