A classic Spanish red wine from La Rioja, Baigorri Reserva is produced solely from old Tempranillo vineyards.
Meticuloulsy harvested and carefully transported to the cellar, after two selection processes only the very best grapes were used to make this wine.
Cold-soaked in stainless steel tanks to extract a high concentration of colour, tannins and flavour out of the skins, the grapes were then delicately crushed by pneumatic press, fermented and transferred into new French oak barrels.
After the completion of malolactic fermentation, this Rioja red wine from Bodegas Baigorri was aged for 18 months in those same barrels.
Finally, Baigorri Reserva 2015 was aged for some years in the cellar prior to being launched onto the market.
