Produced by Tomás Cusiné (who also makes the Castell del Remei wines in Costers del Segre), Auzells is a blended Spanish white wine made from five grape varieties: Macabeo, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling and Albariño.
Located in DO Costers del Segre, the vineyeards were carefully harvested, Then each variety was separately vinified in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC.
After that, Auzells 2022 was transferred into concrete diposits and aged on lees for 3 months. Finally, this organic white wine was blended and bottled.
This a complex and interesting white wine from Costers del Segre.
