A varietal Spanish white wine produced in Val do Salnés, DO Rías Baixas, Atalier Albariño is the result of the collaboration between world-class winemaker Raúl Pérez and his friend Rodrigo Méndez, head winemaker at bodega Forjas del Salnés.
It is worth noting that the Albariño vines are grown in granitic soils, the type best suited for the variety.
Picked by hand, meticulously selected and gently pressed, the grapes were spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in oak vats of different capacities. After that, Atalier Albariño 2022 was aged for a period of 7 months.
This varietal white wine from Rías Baixas will certainly improve in the bottle over the next years.
