Made from over 30-year-old vines planted in 9 different parcels, AT Roca Brut Rosat Reserva is a blended rosé Spanish sparkling wine produced by the young but already prestigious AT Roca winery.
An equal blend of Grenache and Macabeo, the grapes are sourced from organically farmed vineyards located in the Garraf Massif and Conca del Riu Anoia, respectively.
First, the grapes were carefully harvested and separately vinified. Then AT Roca Brut Rosat Reserva 2021 was bottled aged in the cellar for a minimum of 20 months before its commercial release.
