This is the new vintage of AT Roca Brut Reserva, an organic Spanish Sparkling wine marketed under the quality designation Clàssic Penedès.
Produced following the traditional method by the AT Roca winery, the grapes completed secondary fermentation in the bottle. Then AT Roca Brut Reserva 2021 was aged for a period of 20 months before its commercial release.
This organic sparkling wine offers a different take on the traditional Penedès varieties.
