The red wine Altos de Inurrieta is produced by Bodegas Inurrieta in DO Navarra.
It is made from a rather original blend based on Graciano and Syrah, complemented with Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are planted on mild slopes with shallow, rocky soils at an altitude around 450 meters above sea level. The terroir imparts this red wine from Navarra an intense, distinctive personality.
Traditionally vinified in stainless steel tanks, this Spanish red wine was then blended and aged for 14 months in French oak barrels from Allier. Finally, Altos de Inurrieta 2017 was aged for a further 24 months in the bottle.
We suggest that you aerate this reserva red wine 30 minutes before drinking.
