Made solely from Godello grapes, Algueira Brandán Godello is the entry-level Spanish white wine of Adega Algueira, one of the first wineries to put DO Ribeira Sacra in the map of world wine.
This varietal white wine from Ribeira Sacra is produced from estate-owned vineyards with slate soils located alongside the Sil canyon. The area has a Mediterranean climate with some Continental elements.
The grapes were hand-harvested in September and meticulously selected. Fully destemmed, they were gently pressed before they were fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, the white wine Algueira Brandán Godello 2021 went straight into the bottle.
