A varietal Trepat, a grape indigenous to southern Catalonia, Agustí Torelló Mata Rosat Trepat is a very interesting rosé Spanish sparkling wine.
Increasingly used in Cava production,the Trepat variety produces fresh, characterful and moderately alcoholic wines.
Traditionally vinified, the grapes were first macerated for 8 hours. After the completion of alcoholic fermentation, Agustí Torelló Mata Rosat Trepat 2020 was bottled. Then it completed secondary fermentation and was aged for a minimum of 24 months in the cellar.
Like all the sparkling wines of Agustí Torelló Mata, the disgorging date of this organic rosé Cava is printed on the back label.
Foodwise, this Brut Reserva rosé Cava is very versatile.
