Produced in Penedès, the Cava Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature is made from a traditional blend of 45% Macabeo, 30% Xarel·lo and 25% Parellada, all of coming from vines around 30 years of age.
Carefully vinified, after completing alcoholic fermentation this Spanish sparkling wine was aged on lees for 3 months.
Then this organic Cava of the Agustí Torelló Mata winery was blended, bottled and went through secondary fermentation. Finally, Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2015 was aged for a minimum of 72 months before its commercial release.
This blended Brut nature Cava was added no shipping-liquor or sugar after the disgorgement.
