A varietal Verdejo from DO Rueda, Afortunado Magnum is produced from several plots of old grapevines planted at an altitude over 900 metres above sea level in the province of Segovia.
Harvested during the second half of October, once in the cellar the grapes were cold-soaked for several hours.
After that, this Spanish white wine was gently pressed and fermented for 20 days at a controlled temperature.
Finally, Afortunado Magnum 2022 from bodega Viñedos Singulares was drawn off and aged for some months on its lees.
