Previously known as Henri Abelé Brut, the non-vintage Champagne Abelé 1757 Brut comes with a new name and a redesigned label.
It is produced by Maison Henri Abelé. The fifth oldest winery in Champagne, the history of which goes back over two and a half centuries, this prestigious maison has also changed its name. Now it is called Maison Abelé 1757.
Made from the three traditional varieties of the region, the grapes of this Champagne Brut were sourced from some of the best Cru vineyards in the Marne valley. The main variety is Chardonnay, complemented with Pinot Noir (35%) y Pinot Meunier (25%). The blend includes a 15% of aged wines. Meticulously vinified, Abelé 1757 Brut was aged for a minimum of 3 years on lees in the bottle.
This seductive non-vintage Brut Champagne is extremely versatile as regards food pairing.
