The Alta Alella winery presents AA Mirgin Laietà Gran Reserva Brut Nature, an elegant, attractively packaged organic Cava.
A blend of Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo), Macabeo, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the grapes used to produced this Spanish sparkling wine come from vineyards planted in slopes and terrances near the towns of Alella and Tiana, at altitudes between 150 and 300 metres, and at a distance of only 2 km. from the Mediterranean sea.
After a meticulous harvest, this Cava was separately vinified at a controlled temperature.
After that, AA Mirgin Laietà Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2018 was aged for a minimum of 30 months. Finally, this Cava from Alella was released onto the market immediately after being disgorged.
This Cava Gran Reserva is an excellent choice for a family celebration.
