This is the new vintage of 600 Metros Sa Forana Blanc, the only Spanish white wine produced by Celler Solano de Menorca.
A blend of the indigenous variety Premsal Blanc and the international Chardonnay, this white wine from Menorca is produced from 3 hectares of vineyards planted in rocky soils.
Selected on site, each variety was fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, 600 Metros Sa Forana Blanc 2021 from Menorca was blended and bottled.
Very limited production.
