Produced by 4 Kilos Vinícola, also known as Apolònia Viticultors, arguably the most interesting winery currently operating in Majorca, 12 Volts is made from a blend of indigenous and international grapes.
Specifically, this Spanish red wine is made from the native Callet and Fogoneu varieties, along with Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Carefully harvested and selected, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, this organic red wine from Mallorca was aged for 9 months in 40% 3,000-litre oak vats, 30% 2nd year French oak barrels, and 30% 3rd year French oak barrels.
We suggest that you aerate 12 Volts 2021 30 minutes before drinking.
